Kathleen O'Keefe, President 

For more than 20 years, Kathleen has been an employee benefit, group retirement and individual insurance specialist, advising clients in key areas of their business.  After graduating from the University of Guelph she joined London Life as an Employee Benefit and Pension Specialist where she managed two top GTA agencies. In 1998 she left London Life to pursue an independent practice and has been specializing in employee benefits, group retirement plans and executive compensation ever since.  Kathleen is a founding member of The Benefits Alliance Group – Canada’s largest group of Independent Employee Benefit Advisors.

Kathleen has been actively involved as a mentor for 12 years with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Toronto, as well as fundraising for their National Organization from 2000-2003. Additionally she volunteers her time with the Canadian Children’s Aid Foundation as Chair for their annual Women’s Golf Classic event. http://www.cafdn.org/womensgolfclassic/

Sarah Kelly, Account Manager, Employee Benefits

Sarah began her academic career at Nipissing University in her hometown of North Bay, Ontario where she obtained her Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 2013.  During her studies, she worked with Frito-Lay Canada and the International Children's Awareness in Sales and Project Coordination roles.  She relocated to Toronto upon graduation and has been in the group benefit consulting space ever since.  Most recently, she was an Account Manager at a benefit consulting firm where she honed her superior analytic and customer service skills.

Laura Piccione, Payroll Coordinator

Laura began her career over 10 years ago as a payroll and accounting specialist managing large construction and importing/exporting businesses.  In 2005 she added the designation of Canadian Human Resource Professional (CHRP) from Seneca College, and then joined Infocus Business Solutions managing the human resources, payroll services and benefit administration for their clients.  Laura is a results-oriented administrator and is the go-to-person for our clients, liaising daily with insurance companies, Workplace Safety & Insurance Board & the Canada Revenue Agency on
                                 their behalf.
